Bodie is a polyurethane coated fabric. The physical specifications are excellent.  It passes the most recognized flammability tests and can be used for commercial as well as residential applications. Bodie has a subtle dry look associated with the most famous of ghost towns. It has an open grain that adds a slightly distressed element to its clean look and colors.
